FC-WG系列钝化剂不含重金属铬离子，是替代铬酸盐钝化的第二代环保产品。适合浸涂、喷涂、辊涂等方式，用于热镀锌板、电镀锌板、镀铝锌板等板材表面钝化处理。钝化剂中含有无机金属盐和特种功能水溶性树脂，能在锌板和铝锌板表面形成一层无色转化膜，具有优良的耐腐蚀性和涂装附着性，满足后续工艺的要求。
FC-WG series passivating agent does not contain heavy metals chromium ions, it is the second generation of environmental protection product to replace chromating. Suitable for dipping, spraying, roller coating etc, used for the surface passivation treatment of hot galvanized plate, electro-galvanized sheet, Aluminium zinc plate. Passivating agent contains inorganic metal salts and special functional water-soluble resin, can form a layer of colorless conversion film on the surface of zinc plate and aluminum zinc plate, it has excellent corrosion resistance and paint adhesion, meets the following requirement.
